MANY DIFFERENT TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
LITEF really seems predestined to deliver in-depth commercial training. From materials management to human resources, finance and accounting through to sales – LITEF offers a broad range of interesting tasks for its trainees. As well as communicating technical knowledge, our trainees get involved in projects at an early stage and take on a lot of personal responsibility. From the outset, they become an equal member of their team and they experience the LITEF spirit from Day One. The feeling of WE is paramount to us, and constitutes a key element in the training philosophy.
AN ATTRACTIVE FUTURE PROSPECT
I not only have a passion for my own profession but I have also made it my mission to communicate this passion to our young colleagues. I am therefore all the more delighted if people embarking on their careers decide in favour of LITEF to lay the foundations for their professional futures. Throughout the entire time spent in education and training, we place great emphasis on the provision of personal support. Not everyone knows the direction in which they wish their career to progress. It is therefore important to identify areas of competence and to promote these on an individual basis. Through a wide variety of options within the company, attractive and responsible career prospects beckon. Enjoyment should of course be an integral part of things too, and it has a big role to play in the success of a team.

EXCITING OPTIONS
To begin with, inertial technology did not really appeal to me. However, when I found out just what the sensors and systems from LITEF have to be capable of doing, I was impressed. A practical semester delivers a host of advantages. Not just in terms of practical expertise but also in the more detailed insight I gained into the business and its inner workings. Also, with its flat hierarchies and the informal working atmosphere, I have the confidence to incorporate my own ideas.
